Youth & Family

Get ready for a revival, a season of hope!

Josef Sorrells, Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministry

Outreach Week

Tuesday, August 3 - Thursday, August 5

This three-day event will allow the youth of Faith United Methodist Church the opportunity to do a greater good in our community and surrounding areas. Each night from 6:30-10pm, youth will gather to complete a service project activity, learn more about the issues and human concerns that the service project addresses, participate in a nightly #GlowUp - an evening devotion and personal spiritual reflection, enjoy dinner, fun and fellowship.

This opportunity is available for kids who have completed 5th grade and older.  All activities will adhere to CDC guidelines, as safety remains our #1 goal!

Contact Josef Sorrells, Director of Youth Ministry, for more information.

Confirmation for Youth in at least 7th grade

One of the most important rites of passage for young people in the United Methodist Church is Confirmation - the opportunity for young people to take the next step on their faith journey, and make a commitment to God and to being a part of the Body of Christ.

Watch for our next class beginning in the fall of 2021.  If you would like more information or to include your child in the class, contact the office.
