As part of our partnership with Rockville UMC, Keshika Dias is the Facilities Manager for both Faith UMC and Rockville. She is a seasoned program administrator who recently returned from three years in Cambodia, where she served as an Operations Coordinator for the U.S. Department of State while her husband served in the U.S. Foreign Service.

Keshika previously served as the Director of New Day Preschool at Rockville UMC, where she led all aspects of the school, including daily operations, strategic planning, and community outreach.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Curtin University, Australia, and a Master of Science in Early Childhood Administration, Management, and Leadership from Walden University, Minnesota. Keshika and her husband, Sudila, are parents to two children, a daughter in high school and a son in elementary school.
