“Do not be afraid; for see—I am bringing you good news of great joy for all the people: to you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is the Messiah, the Lord. A Christmas Eve Service for All Ages (especially children!). We will hear the familiar Christmas story and sing familiar carols. Children will choose props to help us form a “spontaneous Nativity scene” at the front of the sanctuary.
7:30pm M Street Brass Quintet Prelude
8:00pm, Festival Service of Lessons and Carols
Music by the Chancel Choir, Bells of Faith, the M Street Brass Quintet, and Organist Bob Holder. We will conclude with candlelight and the singing of Silent Night as we remember the birth of Jesus Christ, the Light of the World.
