Mission Trips at Faith

Missions Trips have been an integral part of Faith's history.  For over 35 years, our senior high youth have participated in a week-long summer mission trip.  Adults have served in Russia for over 10 years.  Periodically we have other adult trips.  Below are this year's trips.  For more information, contact Rev. Summer Youth Mission Trip to Reading, PA

With Group WorkCamps  

June 24-30, 2012

This summer we're headed to Reading, PA to help impoverished people with home repairs.  We have 16 participants going - 12 youth, 4 adults - on a trip that is always meaningful to those we serve and to us as well.

Mission Trip Stock Sales on April 15, 22, and 19 during coffee hour.

Even if you're unable to swing a hammer or sleep on the floor, YOU can be a part of the youth Mission Trip this summer!  We are selling shares of the trip for a mere $10 each.

Stockholder dividends include: a certificate, a detailed report of the trip before we go, and a ticket to the Shareholder Luncheon and presentation upon our safe return.  In addition, you will be recognized for your support in the July edition of The Good News.  To purchase your shares, please find a youth during coffee hour on 4/15, 4/22, and 4/29, or contact Pastor Laura (revpeterson@faithworkshere.com or 301-881-1881, ext. 2201).
