“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” - Jesus in Matthew 22:37-39
Caring & Prayer
As a nurturing, caring congregation, we pray for one another and the world and share our talents to care for one another.
Our goal is to educate members of all ages in the Christian faith for personal spiritual growth and renewal, and preparation for living lives as disciples of Jesus Christ.
As families we have an awesome responsibility to pass along the faith that was handed down to us. Through us, the love of God is shared with our children and the world. Through our example, children learn the language of faith and what it means to live as a disciple of Christ.
“Bearing with one another in love…”
Fellowship happens when you join the United Methodist Women or Pacesetters Adults Fellowship group, as well as when you participate in ministry through a music ensemble, study group, mission outreach, social events, Sunday morning fellowship time, and more.
We have a long history of reaching out to our community and the world, caring for needs locally, nationally, and internationally. Through financial and prayer support, along with outreach activities, Faith is committed to reaching out to our community and world, celebrating the healing love of Christ.
Music at Faith serves to enhance the worship services and life of the church. We also seek to enrich the musical and spiritual lives of those who participate with us as well as to share with our greater community.
We invite you to linger here in this beautiful sacred space, whether you want to walk the labyrinth, sit a spell near the water fountain or the cross, or rest and reflect in this garden oasis in the midst of our urban/suburban chaos. We hope you will be blessed by the vision that God has laid out for us in this sacred space.
Worship is the heart of our life together, the place where we gather with joyful expectation, with hope, with faith, with courage, with questions, with needs – with our whole selves. Worship is the highlight of our week, the time when we connect with one another and God in a special way.
Become a part of a movement that changes the world for Jesus Christ! Through discipleship, service, fun, and fellowship, youth in grades 6-12 have opportunities to grow in their faith, play together, and serve the community and world. Together we can grow closer as friends and share the love of Christ with our hurting world.
